CSFi recently added functionality in SWITCHWARE to facilitate the creation of a one-time PIN (OTP) value stored in the switch by way of a batch file or a real-time API. This allows the card to be set with a special status and the cardholder can then perform a PIN change transaction at the ATM, only needing the OTP value. The OTP value is either sent to the cardholder via text or provided by the teller at the counter. This unique feature is another way in which CSFi provides out-of-the-box thinking to business challenges that our bank customers face.
