CSFi software is designed to operate with a variety of other components, including specific operating systems, database solutions and third-party software components. The supported operating systems include Red Hat Linux and IBM AIX. The supported database software include Oracle and IBM Informix.

Standard Virtual Server Requirements:

- 16 GB RAM (or better)
- 300GB thick provisioned drive **Disk volume is dependent on the FI’s requirements for retaining historical transaction data

Special Notes
| NOTES. CSFi only supports VMware Hypervisor, customers who use other virtualization platforms will only receive limited support from CSFi as it pertains exclusively to the processing environment. IBM Informix requires 32-bit I-connect installed on the client PC. The CPU processing power and disk space requirements are dependent on transaction volume and card database size. CSFi recommends identical production and backup servers. If a third server is required for testing and/or development purposes only, a less powerful server that is capable of supporting the OS and database software is allowed. Any remote DR servers meant to continue operations must be identical to the production server. Third party add-ons for Linux are not supported by CSFi. FI’s installing third party add-ons may incur additional support cost where it impacts CSFi software performance or transaction processing. 3.12 Legacy Clients are replaced by the G4 Web Apps. |
