Summary
Customers that require technical support services after CSFi’s normal business hours may subscribe to a Bronze, Silver or Gold support plan. All of the plans provide similar technical support functions but have different annual subscription and usage fees. Upon subscribing to one of these plans, the customer is provided with a unique code that can be used to access the after hours support services.
Call Center
In an effort to enhance CSFi’s technical support services, customers using their after-hours service plan will now be greeted by a call center representative who will then connect you with a CSFi support representative. When calling in, please make sure that you have a valid CSFi-supplied access code.
+01 prefix should be added to the phone number for international customers.

- Annual subscription fee
- Unlimited Access
Silver Plan
- Annual subscription fee
- Twelve calls (or) twelve total hours of support per year
Bronze Plan
- Annual subscription fee
- Six calls (or) six total hours of support per year
