The ability to synchronize and manage cardholder data across multiple systems is essential in banking and the fintech industry. In pursuit to enhance card management options, CSFi added support for real-time card maintenance (RTCM) in 2022 for customers who connect with the U.S.-based SHAZAM EFT Card Processing Network. This means that cardholder data updated in SWITCHWARE/EZswitch will flow instantly to the card processor to facilitate instant issuance as well as keeping important card data in-sync.
