Our new remote “Performance Review Service” is an in-depth evaluation of each customer’s specific environment’s handling and performance capability. Utilizing proprietary software monitoring and performance graphing tools, CSFi gathers historical production data to determine important metric values for transactions volumes, response time and TPS over specific periods of time. This service reveals common patterns in the customer’s system, such as peak transaction periods during the day, processing bottlenecks, common recurring issues in the system, and more. Armed with this information, CSFi evaluates the parameters loaded in the software and recommends performance enhancements.
